To promote cross-cultural exchange and understanding between new immigrants and various ethnic groups in Taiwan, and to build a socially inclusive environment with diverse participation, the “AI New Era” USR (University Social Responsibility) Project of Kainan University, the Kainan University Higher Education Sprout Project, the Department of Film and Creative Media, and the Department of Information and Communication are jointly organizing “The 2nd Multicultural New Images Film Festival Student Video Competition & The 10th Beauty of Kainan Photography Competition.” We highly encourage students to express their cultural observations and exchange experiences through visual media.
