How to Apply (Choose One) : (1)Online: Fill out info and upload documents/video on the Taoyuan Local Tax Bureau website (https://tytax.tycg.gov.tw). (2)By Mail: Send the forms and a USB/CD with the video to: No. 179, Sec. 2, Chenggong Rd., Taoyuan Dist., Taoyuan City 330211 (Service Section). (Postmarked by July 31).
