]]> The NTU System Cultural Foundation regularly accepts applications for subsidies from student clubs of the NTU System universities (including National Taiwan University, National Taiwan Normal University, and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology).
The subsidy covers the following categories of activities:
1.International exchange
2.Cultural and artistic activities, and social services
3.Large-scale intercollegiate projects
Student club activities that can provide proof of participation by faculty, staff, or students from the three universities (NTU, NTNU, NTUST) and fall within the above categories are welcome to apply.
Clubs intending to apply should submit the Application Form (see Appendix 3) and an Activity Proposal (prepared in accordance with the application guidelines) to their faculty advisor no later than 5:00 PM, Wednesday, February 25, 2026. After the preliminary review by the Extracurricular Activities Division, the applications will be forwarded to the Foundation for further review.
For any questions, please consult your committee’s faculty advisor.

]]> 為鼓勵學生社團積極辦理各項雙語活動，營造友善共榮的國際化校園，特訂定本補助計畫(如附件一)。

●補助對象：本校學生事務處課外活動指導組登記成立之正式社團。

●補助條件：
（一）本校學生社團辦理包含以英語進行之雙語活動，且參與對象須包含境外學生（含外國學生、僑生、港澳生、陸生、來校交換生、來校訪問生及國語中心學生）。
（二）活動對外相關文宣及資料皆須包含英語之雙語呈現。
（三）以營利為目的及聚餐之活動不予補助。

●活動辦理時間：申請之活動須於當學期(115年6月15日前)辦理完畢。

●申請方式與期限：請有意申請補助之社團，於115年3月7日(星期六)下午17點前，繳交【補助計畫申請表(如附件二)】及【社團活動企劃書】給各社團輔導老師，由課外活動指導組進行審核，另行通知核定結果。

●成果報告繳交：審核通過之社團，須於活動辦理完畢一個月內，向課外活動指導組提交成果報告書(如附件三)及活動紀錄影片。

]]> ● Promoting Youth Arts Engagement: To encourage young people’s participation in arts and culture and to stimulate the growth of the creative industries, the Ministry of Culture has been issuing “Culture Points” since 2023. These points can be used to offset expenses for domestic movies, live performances, books, museum visits, and DIY workshops.

● Eligibility and Benefits: Starting in 2026, individuals aged 13 to 22 are eligible to receive 1,200 Culture Points annually (where 1 point is equivalent to NT$1).

● Promotional Resources: Marketing graphics, infographics, posters, promotional videos, and related electronic files are available for download at the following cloud link: https://reurl.cc/3bYGRR. We kindly invite you to encourage all eligible students to participate.

]]> 為健全各大專校院學生自治發展，並深入瞭解各校學生會運作情形，教育部青年發展署於本（114）年持續辦理「大專校院學生會概況調查」。除延續往例請各校學生會業務人員及學生會填寫外，本次特別新增調查 學生會當然會員（即本校全體同學）對於校園學生自治發展及學生會運作之認知與態度。填答結果將作為教育部青年發展署後續推展學生自治業務之重要依據。
