  1. Registration Period: September 1 – September 11, 2026 (Closes at 5:00 PM).
  2. Creation Competition (Individual):
    (1)Leather Puppets: Middle-grade elementary students and above.
    (2)Other Materials: Lower-grade elementary students and above.
    (Note: Max 2 categories per person.)
  3. Performance Competition (Group):
    (1)Traditional Leather: Upper-grade elementary students and above.
    (2)Modern Paper: Lower-grade elementary students and above.
