1. Objective: The main themes of this competition are “promoting domestic rice” and “helping young students fulfill their dreams.” It encourages young students to utilize the processing characteristics of domestic rice and rice flour, combining them with local ingredients across different disciplines to “create innovative rice-based products with market commercialization potential.” Through this event, we hope to root the concept of “rice food education” in schools, cultivate students’ teamwork and practical innovation abilities, and deepen the sustainable development of domestic rice foods.

6. Eligibility:
(1) Currently enrolled students in public or private senior high schools (and vocational high schools) nationwide, or students in their first to third year of a five-year junior college program.
(2) Student status verification is strictly limited to those who hold valid enrollment on the day of the registration deadline.
7. Team Composition:
(1) Team Size: Each participating team must be jointly formed by 2 students. Individual registrations are not accepted.
(2) Formation Principle: As a general rule, the 2 students in a team should be enrolled in the “same school.”
(3) Advisor: Each team must have 1 advising teacher.
