Eden Social Welfare Foundation: "2026 Phase 3 Cloud Volunteer" Online Volunteer Recruitment

Founded on December 1, 1982, by Ms. Liu Hsia (the renowned writer Hsing Lin-tzu), the Eden Social Welfare Foundation is dedicated to holistic rehabilitation—caring for the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of over one million people with disabilities in Taiwan. Our comprehensive services also extend to other vulnerable groups, including children, the elderly, women, and Indigenous peoples. The foundation will host the "2026 Phase 3 Cloud Volunteer" online companionship program from Monday, October 19, to Saturday, December 26, 2026. Utilizing digital technology and video interaction, this program transcends geographical and time limitations, enabling volunteers to connect with and accompany service users in a flexible, convenient, and warm manner. This year's program also integrates AI application training, guiding volunteers to explore how artificial intelligence tools can be applied in learning, communication, and service. This initiative transforms volunteering into a valuable journey for enhancing digital literacy and AI skills alongside giving back. We cordially invite students from your institution to join this service initiative. By leveraging their skills through diverse online interaction, students can create a positive impact while gaining volunteer hours, deepening practical experience, and developing empathy, communication, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and AI application skills—building a strong foundation for future academic and career pursuits under the spirit of "Spreading Warmth with Technology, Creating Change through Companionship." Registration Information: Registration Period: From now until Thursday, September 3, 2026.
