The program aims to cultivate young people’s knowledge of international affairs, cross-cultural communication skills, and spirit of civic engagement through a variety of learning opportunities, including professional courses, practical insights from diplomats, exchanges with foreign representatives stationed in Taiwan, professional mentorship, and final presentations.
- Eligibility
Applicants must:
Be 45 years old or younger;
Be registered residents, students, or employees in Taipei City, including non-Taiwanese nationals;
Be third-year or above undergraduate students at colleges/universities, or young professionals with equivalent educational qualifications.
A total of 35 participants will be selected. - Program Period & Fee
Program Period: September 1–October 15, 2026
Program Format: 10 sessions (30 hours) + 1 final presentation
