To enhance students’ reading comprehension, critical thinking, and writing skills, the Buddhist Association is organizing the “10th Zen Wisdom Essay Competition.” Faculty and students are warmly invited to participate.
The theme of this competition focuses on reflections after reading Master Bai Yun’s work, “Xiu An Shi Cui” (Selected Pearls from Xiu An), encouraging participants to share their insights and life reflections through writing.
Generous prizes are offered for this edition: Top Excellence Award (NT$30,000), Distinction Award (NT$20,000), Merit Award (NT$10,000), alongside Honorable Mention awards to motivate writing enthusiasm.
Submission Method: Online registration with WORD document upload. Submissions are open from now until August 31, 2026.
