After completing the registration form, please transfer the participation fee to our designated account (Account Name: CYC Activities Account, Account Number: 14727124). Once payment is complete, please write your name, ID number, and the camp code (NAE2607A) on the blank space of the payment receipt. Send the receipt and the registration form via mail, fax, or email (photo attachment) to Ms. Chiao-Yuan Lin at the CYC Headquarters Activities Department for processing.
