I. This is handled in accordance with the Ministry of Digital Affairs Letter No. Shu-Shou-Zi-Fu-Zi 1153000826, dated September 2, 2026.
II. The purpose of the subject competition is to enhance students’ practical experience and ability to solve cybersecurity issues. The competition tasks are designed by combining a competitive mechanism with current cybersecurity threat trends. The event is divided into a preliminary round and a final round. Eligible participants include currently enrolled junior high school, senior high school, and college/university students.
III. A summary of the competition information is as follows:
(I) Schedule:
1. Registration Period: From 09:00 on September 1, 2026 (Tuesday) to 17:00 on September 30, 2026 (Wednesday).
2. Preliminary Round: October 17, 2026 (Saturday).
3. Announcement of Finalists: October 30, 2026 (Friday).
4. Final Round and Award Ceremony: November 27, 2026 (Friday).
(II) Competition Awards:
1. College and University Category:
(1) 1st Place: A team medal, prizes valued at NT$120,000 (all monetary values below are in NTD), and individual certificates.
(2) 2nd Place: A team medal, prizes valued at NT$70,000, and individual certificates.
(3) 3rd Place: A team medal, prizes valued at NT$50,000, and individual certificates.
(4) Additionally, there are 2 “Outstanding Performance Awards” and 5 “Rising Star Awards”.
2. Junior and Senior High School Category:
(1) 1st Place: A team medal, prizes valued at NT$30,000, and individual certificates.
(2) 2nd Place: A team medal, prizes valued at NT$20,000, and individual certificates.
(3) 3rd Place: A team medal, prizes valued at NT$10,000, and individual certificates.
(4) Additionally, there are 2 “Outstanding Performance Awards”.
