  2. Eligibility: * Groups: Domestic puppet theater troupes, schools, or organizations.
    Lead Performer: Must be under 45 years old (Born after Oct 11, 1981).
  3. How to Apply: * In-Person: Mon–Fri (08:30–17:30), excluding lunch (12:00–13:30).
    By Mail: Send to Performing Arts Division, Cultural and Tourism Department (No. 310, Sec. 3, Daxue Rd., Douliu City, Yunlin County).
