I. Activity Details
Local professional guides will lead youth interested in history and cultural documentation through Tainan’s historic streets and architecture to experience the unique local culture. In conjunction with the service event on Friday, August 14, the tour covers Minsheng Green Park and surrounding alleys, as well as a visit to the South Region Weather Center of the Central Weather Administration. This aims to deepen volunteers’ understanding of the local community while enhancing awareness of climate-related natural disasters and disaster prevention.

Dates: Wednesday, August 5, 2026, and Friday, August 14, 2026
Time: 09:00–12:00 (Check-in: 08:50–09:00)
III. Service Location
Around Minsheng Green Park Cultural Zone, West Central District, Tainan City (including the South Region Weather Center and National Museum of Taiwan Literature). The exact meeting point will be announced in the pre-event notice email.
IV. Volunteer Role & Responsibilities
Serve as team leaders and teaching assistants to help instructors during the walking tours and guide participating children through activities, such as providing explanations, facilitating puzzle-solving, or capturing photos and videos.
