Submission Deadline: Submissions must be uploaded by 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 (based on the upload time).
How to Participate: All entries must be submitted online. Please sign the competition entry form and upload a scanned or clearly photographed electronic file of the form, along with your “Artwork File.” Each person is limited to a maximum of two submissions. After you have completed the online registration, the staff will confirm receipt of your registration materials via email. Your preliminary registration will be considered complete only after you have received this confirmation email.
Competition Schedule: The organizing unit will announce the list of finalists and alternate candidates on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The final round will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025, at 1:20 PM in the International Conference Center Banquet Hall, 10th floor of the Kun Shan University of Technology Library. Finalists must attend the event in person. The winners will be announced and awarded prizes at the ceremony.
