Submit the activity application via the Student Organization Activity System.
(Paper application submission is also required.)
4-1. For off-campus service camps, please refer to the Service Sponsorship Application Information.
4-2. For on-campus academic camps, please refer to the Camp Activity Implementation Information.
In accordance with university student organization regulations, make sure to:
Purchase activity insurance
Complete and stamp any required contracts
Submit a list of participants
Apply for venue usage if necessary

例如：基隆市政府產業發展處青年及綜合規劃科、臺北市政府青年局、新北市政府青年局、桃園市政府青年事務局、新竹縣政府教育局、雲林縣政府勞動暨青年事務發展處、嘉義市政府社會處、高雄市政府青年局、等。

4-2. Camp Activity Implementation Information
1.如有要放上教育部國民及學前教育署學生生涯輔導網資訊推廣營隊活動或其他平台，可與課外組老師聯絡並提供相關活動資訊。
2.辦理寒/暑期營隊有住宿需求的社團或學會，請洽學生宿舍管理中心。林口校區暑期營隊住宿，請洽林口校區學生宿舍。
3.114/4/7(一)-4/21(一)開放登記114暑假社團活動場地(6/7-8/31)、114/5/13(二)12:30場協(114暑假社團活動場地)。
When student clubs or associations organize off-campus activities, they must arrange the necessary insurance. Participants are required to travel to the event location using public transportation or chartered buses. If using a chartered bus, a rental contract must be completed. Please ensure the safety of the venue, transportation, and emergency equipment to maintain overall activity safety. Relevant documents can be downloaded from the "Forms Download" section on the Extracurricular Activities Division website, including the participant list, parental consent form for minors, and vehicle rental agreement. Please be sure to submit all required documents and complete the activity application within the specified deadline (at least 14 days prior to the off-campus activity).
