一、國立臺灣師範大學（以下簡稱本校）為培育學生創新領導、團隊合作之能力，增進未來就業優勢， 依據「國立臺灣師範大學學分學程設置辦法」設立社團人專業領導培力學分學程（以下簡稱本學程），本學程之設置單位為教務處通識教育中心，承辦單位為學生事務處課外活動指導組。
二、本校學生於在學期間得修習本學程，無需事前申請修習資格。
三、本學程至少應修習16學分，包含必修課程「社團經營實習（一）、（二）」共計4學分，選修課程12學分，課程資料詳見本學程修習科目表。
四、本學程之社團經營實務課程：「社團經營實習（一）、（二）、社團行銷實務、社團領導培訓方案規劃與實施、社團評鑑規劃與執行」等五門屬全人工加選課程，欲修習之學生需於加退選截止前向學生事務處課外活動指導組登記，經審核符合修習條件者，統一簽請教務處協助選課事宜。
The requirements for each course are as follows.
Club Management Practicum I and II: The student must be a club officer in the semester of taking the course.
Club Leadership Training Program Planning and Execution: The student must be a club leader in the semester of taking the course.
Club Marketing or Club Leadership Training Program Planning and Execution: The student must have served as a club leader or club officer.
五、修習本學程之本校學生，已符合就讀系（所）畢業資格但尚未修滿本學程之科目及學分時，得依規定申請延長修業年限，惟已修習科目之學分總數須達6學分且包含必修課程；如獲錄取為國立臺灣大學系統學校碩、博士班學生，得於在學期間繼續修習本學程。
六、修畢本學程規定之科目及學分者，得檢具申請書及歷年成績單，經承辦單位審核無誤後，向教務處申請核發學分學程證明書。
七、本要點未規定事項，悉依本校相關法令規定辦理。
八、本要點經教務會議通過後施行，修正時亦同。
