To cultivate film and television talent in Hualien County, the “2026 Hualien Short Film Awards” is now open for submissions. We encourage innovation in short film formats, themes, visual aesthetics, and new media applications. We cordially invite the public to create audiovisual works centered around “Hualien elements” that are suitable for distribution and exhibition on new media platforms (internet, digital media, etc.).
