To ensure the normal circulation of art and cultural performance tickets, the Ministry of Culture amended Article 10-1 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act (hereinafter referred to as the CCIDA) in 2023.
This amendment specifically regulates the common ticket scalping behaviors of “reselling tickets at an inflated price” (加價轉售) and “obtaining tickets by improper means” (以不正方式取得票券).
