To strengthen mental health support and suicide prevention outreach among 15 to 24 year-old, Department of Health, Taipei City Government is organizing an online social media competition called “Rescue by Creativity Team – Youth Staying Connected.” Under the theme “Don’t emo alone—easily make friends, even as one person,” we invite Taiwanese youth aged 15 to 24 to submit short videos or graphic/image creations sharing their emotional experiences and friendship journeys. The goal is to promote timely detection of others’ suicide warning signs and to encourage reaching out a helping hand, while also fostering self awareness of one’s own emotional lows and learning healthy ways to seek help from others.
Competition schedule: (1) Submission period: July 21 to August 31, 2025。 (2) Voting period: September 1 to September 28, 2025。
