1.Eligibility
(1) Age Requirement: Youth between the ages of 12 and 24.
a. Age is calculated based on the official appointment date (April 1, 2026).
b. Eligible applicants must be born between April 2, 2002, and April 1, 2014.
(2) Legal Standing: Applicants must have no record of violating the 「兒童及少年福利與權益保障法」、「性別平等教育法」 or any other related regulations.
2.How to Apply: Applications must be submitted by Saturday, January 24, 2026. You may choose one of the following methods
(1) By Mail: Send your application materials to the「 國立員林高級農工職業學校學務處 」(No. 313, Sec. 2, Yuanshui Rd., Yuanlin City, Changhua County 510011).
a. Please mark the envelope: 「教育部國民及學前教育署第8屆青少年諮詢會之青少年代表報名」 (Postmark will serve as proof of date).
(2) By Email: Combine all application documents into a single PDF file and email it to cindy750831@gmail.com.
3.Selection Process: The selection will be conducted in three stages:
(1) Stage 1: Preliminary Eligibility Screening
(2) Stage 2: Written Application Review
(3) Stage 3: Final Interview
