● To encourage young students and members of the public to use photography and short video creation to document the beauty of Kainan and its locality, showcasing creativity and diverse cultural features.
● This competition is divided into two categories:
(I) High School (Vocational High School) Category: Themed on “Flower Youth Kainan Short Video” creation.
(II) University/College and General Public Category: Themed on “The Beauty of Kainan Photography Works.”
● The submission period runs from today until December 4, 2025. The top prize is New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) 20,000.
