● Eligibility:
1.Open to all ages and nationalities. Registration is free.
2.Participants under the age of 18 must provide a signed parental/guardian consent form.
3.Individuals invited to serve as judges are not eligible to participate.
4.Submissions must be original works and must not have received awards in any other public competition.
