(I) The lecture will be personally led by Ms. Yuanning Yang, a Positive Psychology Coach (APPC) and Author. The curriculum includes:
1. Immediate Stress Relief Techniques: Guided breathing and body awareness exercises.
2. Mindfulness and Self-Awareness Practices: Identifying and responding to early signs of stress.
3. “Emotional First-Aid Toolkit”: Readily accessible self-care strategies.
II. “Unveiling Your True Self” (《綻放真我》) Practical Sharing Activity
。This activity encourages readers to practice exercises from the book Unveiling Your True Self (or its equivalent) and share their experiences.

(II) How to Participate:
