1.Project Objectives
Centering on the youth, this project upholds the spirits of teamwork and cultural promotion. By providing opportunities for practical implementation, it empowers young people to utilize their creativity in promoting diverse cultures. The project includes cultivating youth-led cultural initiatives and organizing cultural exchange activities, harnessing the power of the younger generation to propel New Taipei City’s culture into a new era.

▶Method: Registration must be completed individually via the online system (https://wceo.regfox.com/ntpcca2026). ▶Please fill out the application form and upload all required documents for administrative review.
