I. Objective
To promote rocketry and cultivate space talent, Taiwan Space Agency (TASA) and the Pingtung County Government are co-hosting the 3rd Taiwan Rocketry Competition. The event provides professional knowledge training and hands-on scientific rocket launching opportunities, aiming to inspire public enthusiasm for space exploration and elevate space awareness.
II. Registration Information
Registration for the “2027 Taiwan Rocketry Competition” is now open. The competition is divided into three categories listed below. Each team must designate 1–2 advisors and 1 leader and sub-leader each, with a maximum team size of 15 members.
Student 1K Division: Open to currently enrolled domestic and international senior high and vocational school students (including years 1–3 of 5-year junior colleges, excluding advisors).
Student 3K Division: Open to currently enrolled domestic and international university students (including year 4 and above of junior colleges, excluding advisors).
General Public 3K Division: Restricted to Taiwanese citizens (natural persons).
III. Information Session
An online information session will be held on September 15 this year to help interested participants understand the event. A recording link will be made available on the TASA official event website after the session.
