Competition Objectives: The goal of this competition is to solicit educational and promotional materials about sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in adolescents. These materials will be used to enhance STI prevention efforts among students, with the hope that they will help establish correct prevention concepts and effectively reduce the incidence of STIs among young people in this city.
Eligibility: This competition is open to all junior high school, senior high school, and university students nationwide.
Registration Method: You can register either via hard copy or online. ● For hard copy registration: Please print out the attached application form, participant declaration, and copyright authorization form, and mail them to: Mr. Chen, Division of Disease Control, Tainan City Health Bureau, Linsen Office (No. 418, Sec. 1, Linsen Rd., East Dist., Tainan City). ● For online registration: Please sign the application form, participant declaration, and copyright authorization form, then scan the documents and email the files to the event coordinator’s mailbox: a00782@tncghb.gov.tw.
Registration and Submission Deadline: The deadline for both registration and submission is Tuesday, September 30. ● For hard copy submissions, the postmark date will be used to determine the submission date. ● For online submissions, the email timestamp must not be later than 11:59 PM on September 30. Submissions received after the deadline will not be accepted.
