Procedures for Application

Step 1 Complete the club activity application in the Student Clubs Information System.
Step 2 All promotional materials should include the club stamp.
Step 3 Post the promotional materials only after they have been approved by relevant administrative units.

Poster Board located at the underground passage of Dormitory No. 1 on Shida Road

Notice
  1. Promotional materials must include the club stamp and the Student Clubs Poster Stamp from the Extracurricular Activities Office before being posted. The materials must be removed by the designated deadline.
  2. Due to limited space on the poster board, promotional materials should not exceed B2 size (52 cm x 76cm). Each activity is limited to posting two materials.
  3. The posting period for promotional materials is a maximum of 14 days. An extension can be requested from the Extracurricular Activities Office if needed.
  4. Promotional materials should be posted using non-marking tape. The use of double-sided tape or any adhesive that is difficult to remove is prohibited to ensure cleanliness.
