Procedures for Application
Step 1 Complete the club activity application in the Student Clubs Information System.
Step 2 All promotional materials should include the club stamp.
Step 3 Post the promotional materials only after they have been approved by relevant administrative units.

Poster Board located at the underground passage of Dormitory No. 1 on Shida Road
Notice
- Promotional materials must include the club stamp and the Student Clubs Poster Stamp from the Extracurricular Activities Office before being posted. The materials must be removed by the designated deadline.
- Due to limited space on the poster board, promotional materials should not exceed B2 size (52 cm x 76cm). Each activity is limited to posting two materials.
- The posting period for promotional materials is a maximum of 14 days. An extension can be requested from the Extracurricular Activities Office if needed.
- Promotional materials should be posted using non-marking tape. The use of double-sided tape or any adhesive that is difficult to remove is prohibited to ensure cleanliness.
