    (2) Finalists Announcement:
    Scheduled for October 9, 2026 (Friday)
    (3) Final Competition & Award Concert:
    Scheduled for October 31, 2026 (Saturday), 6:00 PM
    Venue: Nanfang Plaza, 1F, Building A2, Nanfang Shopping Center, Tainan City
    (Alternative arrangements due to weather, natural disasters, or other special circumstances will be announced separately.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Open to:
    Citizens holding a Republic of China (Taiwan) National Identification Card, or
