The event encourages youth to identify social issues they wish to address, focusing on supporting students’ self-exploration. By planning and executing feasible solutions, the initiative aims to bridge the gap between “thinking” and “doing,” connecting learning with practical application.
This year’s competition is themed “In Chiayi, Creating a New Formula.” Local culture serves as the creative nourishment, digital tools act as the practical equipment, and creativity combined with action forms the core formula for building dreams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Registration Eligibility & Deadlines
    1) Social Practice Group:
    a. Eligibility: Youth aged 15 to 35, in teams of 2 to 5 members.
    b. Deadline: Registration closes on Monday, July 13.
    2) Innovation Competition Group:
    a. Eligibility: Current students of public or private junior high schools in Chiayi City and Chiayi County (including graduates of the 2025\/114 academic year), in teams of 1 to 3 members.
    b. Deadline: Registration closes on Monday, July 27.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Information Session
    An information session will be held to provide more details about the competition:
    1) Time: Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
    2) Location: Chiayi Heart Urban Vision Pavilion (No. 524, Zhongshan Rd., West Dist., Chiayi City)
    3) Format: In-person event.
