2026 Tainan Youth Public Participation Action Plan \u2013 Call for Proposals
I. Project Overview
This project recruits youth teams to use Tainan City as an application site. Proposals should be developed based on the eight major policy objectives of the Executive Yuan\u2019s “National Development Plan (2025\u20132028)” and put into practical action. In principle, the top 5 proposals will be selected for execution, with each case receiving an action reward of up to NT$100,000.
II. Participation Methods and Eligibility
Team Composition: We encourage cross-county and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Team Size: 2 to 6 members per team. Each individual may only participate in one team; duplicate entries are not permitted.
Age Requirement: Members must be between 18 and 40 years old (born between April 30, 1986, and April 30, 2008).
Local Connection: At least 1\/2 of the team members (rounded up) must be registered residents of, or currently studying, working, or living in Tainan City.
Deadline Details: The application deadline is April 30, 2026.
If the deadline is postponed, the minimum age (18) will be determined by the actual closing date.
The maximum age limit (40) remains fixed for those born after April 30, 1986.

III. Empowerment Briefing Session
Time: Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 14:00 to 16:00 (Check-in begins at 13:30).
Location: Room M217, Innovation and Incubation Center, National University of Tainan.
Format: Simultaneous Online and Physical sessions.

Bonus: The first 30 people to register and attend in person will receive a limited-edition Tainan Metal Bookmark (Confucius Temple edition).
Content: Explanation of submission rules and a guest lecture by Wang Hui-lung, Chairman of the Taiwan Quest for Knowledge Education and Culture Association, to help youth improve proposal competitiveness.
