\u25cf Promoting Youth Arts Engagement: To encourage young people\u2019s participation in arts and culture and to stimulate the growth of the creative industries, the Ministry of Culture has been issuing “Culture Points” since 2023. These points can be used to offset expenses for domestic movies, live performances, books, museum visits, and DIY workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Eligibility and Benefits: Starting in 2026, individuals aged 13 to 22 are eligible to receive 1,200 Culture Points annually (where 1 point is equivalent to NT$1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
