and cultural performance tickets, the Ministry of Culture amended Article 10-1 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act (hereinafter referred to as the CCIDA) in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This amendment specifically regulates the common ticket scalping behaviors of &#8220;reselling tickets at an inflated price&#8221; (\u52a0\u50f9\u8f49\u552e) and &#8220;obtaining tickets by improper means&#8221; (\u4ee5\u4e0d\u6b63\u65b9\u5f0f\u53d6\u5f97\u7968\u5238).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
