  1. Purpose of the Event:<\/strong>
    To encourage young people to actively participate in public affairs discussions, deepen youth engagement in civic issues, and strengthen channels for youth voices, this competition provides a platform for youth to present proposals on public issues. By organizing themed proposal contests and selections, it invites young people to take part in municipal or social issues, exercise imagination and creativity, and put into practice the vision of youth participation in city governance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
