1.\u202fPurpose: <\/strong>To empower new immigrants and their children by leveraging their linguistic and multicultural strengths, and to enhance local understanding of their native cultures, since 2016 the ministry has held this dance competition. It aims to promote multicultural integration and exchange through performance, and to establish a fresh artistic and cultural platform.
2.\u202fCompetition Details:<\/strong>
(1) Registration Period: July\u202f1,\u202f2025 (Tuesday) to September\u202f1,\u202f2025 (Monday).
(2) Eligibility: New immigrants holding a Republic of China (Taiwan) national ID card or a valid residence permit.
In each registered team, at least one-third of participants must be new immigrants. If the team has only one member, that member must be a new immigrant; if the team has two members, at least one must be a new immigrant.
(3) Competition Dates:

\u25cf Northern Region Preliminary: October\u202f4,\u202f2025 (Saturday)
\u25cf Central Region Preliminary: November\u202f1,\u202f2025 (Saturday)
\u25cf Finals: November\u202f22,\u202f2025 (Saturday)
(4) Contest Regulation:
\u25cf Types of dance: The new immigrants primarily perform traditional dances from their home countries.
\u25cf Participants must bring their own costumes, props, and music.
\u25cf Please specify the title of the dance, the content, the choreographer, and the performers (e.g., dancers).
\u25cf Performance time (including entry and exit):
In each region\u2019s preliminary round, teams in each group awarded \u201cExcellence\u201d will advance to the finals.
