Aim: <\/strong>To guide high school and college students in experiencing life in agricultural and fishing villages, this program introduces participants to local ingredients and production methods unique to rural areas. The goal is to spark interest and willingness to engage in rural development, while promoting the concept of &#8220;from farm to table.&#8221; Centered on food and agriculture education, the three-day, two-night youth rural experience activity incorporates local production for local consumption and sustainability concepts. Through hands-on farming experiences, interactions with local farmers, and immersive learning, students will gain a deeper understanding of rural culture and values. Participants will also use creative video storytelling to document and share the rich essence and cultural significance of Taiwan\u2019s rural communities.<br><strong>2. How to join: <\/strong>The <strong>\u201c2025 Rural STAY Experience for High School and College Students\u201d<\/strong> requires online registration, which is open until Monday, June 9, 2025, at 5:00 PM.<br><strong>3.
