{"id":3683,"date":"2021-10-14T15:26:23","date_gmt":"2021-10-14T07:26:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/activity2.sa.ntnu.edu.tw\/?page_id=3683"},"modified":"2026-04-08T09:13:58","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T01:13:58","slug":"establishanddisband","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/activity.sa.ntnu.edu.tw\/en\/establishanddisband\/","title":{"rendered":"Club Formation and Dissolution"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.Based on:<\/strong> <em>The Regulations Governing the Guidance for Student Club, Chapter 2: Formation and Dissolution of Student Clubs<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.Application Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Before applying, you may search NTNU Club Overview to check if there are any clubs with similar names or objectives already established at the University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit NTNU Student Club Registration Form along with the relevant documents to Ms. Hsu Hao-En.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After approval and announcement, the student club will be officially established in the following academic year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Documents:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NTNU Student Club Registration Form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List of Student Club Registration Incorporator, A list of at least 30 students from the University who are the initiators of the student club.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A brief introduction of the student club and its purpose for establishment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A draft of the student club&#8217;s organizational charter (Please follow the regulations in Chapter 3, Article 12 of <em>The Regulations Governing the Guidance for Student Club<\/em> and refer to other clubs&#8217; charters for draft content).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A draft of the student club&#8217;s annual plan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Please submit the 5 required documents in both hard copy and email electronic copies to <strong>carina@ntnu.edu.tw<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong> April 1 to April 30 each year (if the deadline falls on a holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next working day). Late submissions will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Club Dissolution Application Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with Article 6 of <em>The Regulations Governing the Guidance for Student Club<\/em>, a student club must be dissolved based on the agreement of the Club Member Assembly, along with a resolution regarding the disposition of remaining funds and equipment. The club must submit a dissolution application report and relevant documents to the office of Extracurricular Activities by April each year for review and approval by the Office of Student
