]]> 1、To promote national languages and human rights education, the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall Management Office is hosting this event to open up diverse historical narratives and dialogue through film. We hope to lead the public to appreciate the rich charm of Taiwanese (Taigi) cinema, thereby deepening understanding and reflection on Taiwanese language culture and human rights values.
2、This event series features 8 selected high-quality Taiwanese (Taigi) films with a total of 8 screening sessions. In addition to free admission, each session includes an introductory presentation before the movie and a post-screening panel session, where directors or cross-disciplinary experts are invited to share insights and engage in discussion.
3、All 8 screening sessions will take place at the Auditorium on the 1st floor of the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. The event is free and requires no advance registration. To ensure viewing quality, admission number tags will be distributed on-site 30 minutes before each showtime. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis upon presentation of a tag until full capacity is reached.
Participants can earn Lifelong Learning Hours for Civil Servants and Continuing Education Credits for Teachers based on their actual attendance. Furthermore, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture’s “Taigi Family Cultivation Program,” full participation can also earn reward points. ]]> 一、為推動青年志願服務，培養青年環境保護及社區關懷意識，分別結合六福村生態園區動物照護體驗及橫山好室古道修復維護，透過實際參與動物照護、環境整理及古道修復等服務，引導青年認識生態保育、動物福祉與文化資產保存的重要性，培養團隊合作、溝通協調及問題解決能力，提升公共參與、公民責任感與服務熱忱，並促進青年與社區及各界合作，共同推廣志願服務精神與永續發展理念。

]]> To enhance international perspectives among young people and cultivate global talent, the Department of Youth, Taipei City Government is hosting the “2026 Taipei Youth Diplomacy Academy.” Through a series of training courses and a final presentation event, the program aims to guide participants in gaining a deeper understanding of international affairs and diplomatic operations.
Training Courses: September 1, 2026 – October 15, 2026 (10 courses in total, 3 hours per class, totaling 30 hours)
Final Presentation: October 17, 2026.

1.Eligibility & Capacity
Target Audience:University students (3rd year and above) studying or officially registered as residents in Taipei City.Working professionals under 45 years of age with an equivalent academic background.
Quota: 35 participants.

2.Curriculum & Presentation
Training Courses: Focus on diplomatic practice and contemporary global issues, covering practical applications such as policy analysis and intercultural communication.
Final Presentation: Participants will synthesize what they have learned during the training to propose actionable action plans focused on city diplomacy, youth global participation, or related international topics

Program Name: 2026 Youth Knowledge Light: Cambodia Online Chinese Tutoring Program for University Companions
Target Beneficiaries: Youth learners in Cambodia with zero background in Chinese.
Target Recruits: Youth aged 18–35 (preferred); all genders are welcome.
Volunteer Qualifications:
Passionate about volunteer work, patient, and enthusiastic about companionship.
Knowledge of Khmer is not required.
Basic English communication skills or the ability to use translation software effectively.
Tutoring Platform: Online via Google Meet (primary) and Zoom (secondary).
Tutoring Schedule: Every Monday OR Friday, 20:00–22:00 (TST) (Choose one slot).
Program Duration: September 7, 2026 – January 27, 2027
Application Deadline: August 4, 2026, by 23:59 (Applications may close early if quota is filled).
